Accessibility

This website has been reviewed by a qualified professional for compliance with requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and its regulations using the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Evaluation Methodology report tool and for compliance with the Standard sur l’accessibilité des sites Web (SGQRI 008 2.0) adopted by the Conseil du trésor in Québec.

Measures undertaken to make this website accessible include: use of tabs and headings that organize the structure of the content; organization of content in a logical order when accessed by keyboard alone; inclusion of alternate text for images; use of whitespace and borders to distinguish blocks of content; choice of colour schemes for colour contrast; use of visual indicators such as underlining to help distinguish links from other text; and forms (the login field) designed with descriptive labels and alternate text.

The online survey has been developed to work on most web browsers on personal computers, tablets, and mobile devices. The survey does include some features such as Google Maps which may be more challenging to navigate using only a keyboard (if not using a mouse or touchscreen).

If you have difficulty completing the survey online, please email info@ODsurvey.ca or call 1-855-688-1131 for assistance, to complete the survey over the phone, or for accommodation with alternate methods of completing the survey.
