The 2022 Origin Destination Survey provides a wealth of valuable information to help us plan a smarter transportation system. If you have received a letter asking you to participate in the survey, you have a unique opportunity to impact your community. Your participation ensures we have the best data possible to plan, build, operate, and maintain the transportation system that you and other members of your household use today and in the future. Participate to ensure that the type of travel you make gets the attention it deserves!

We'll protect your privacy

All information collected in the 2022 Origin Destination Survey will be completely confidential. The survey is being managed by our research firm R.A. Malatest & Associates Ltd. in accordance with all applicable privacy legislation.

The information you provide will not be shared with anyone for any other purpose outside of this survey. Your responses will be combined with other responses in your area and used to analyze travel patterns. No information that could be traced to you or other members of your household will ever be released. In accordance with privacy legislation, your personal information will be retained for at least 12 months after completion of data collection (so that we may respond to any requests you may have about your own information). After 12 months, we will delete your contact information (name, phone number, e-mail address) unless you direct otherwise.
